Is your child's school on the Title 1- 2nd Year Needs Improvement list?
  Does your child receive free/reduced lunch?
     
If you answered “YES” to both questions, then your child will most likely be eligible for SES services.
 


Call your child's school District office to confirm your child's eligibility for SES services. Ask the District office to send you a SES registration form along with the list of approved SES Providers serving your District.
