I have not received the SES District
Application form from my child’s school. Who do I contact in the District
about my eligibility for SES and a district application for Free Tutoring Services?
Please contact your Child’s School Office to ask for the SES application form.
If your child’s school does not have the SES program application form and/or
you have questions about your SES eligibility, please contact the Title I Coordinator
for your School District. Or, please call us at 1-877-737-6252 and dial #1
to reach our enrollment desk if you require further assistance.
